I have finished my lapwing. It might seem to have taken a long time, but that's just due to my new workflow, with more drawings/paintings going on at the same period of time.
The lapwing was one of my mothers favorite birds, and a true sign of spring. I find it a very beautiful and special bird.
I will continue drawing and painting a serie of bird illustrations.
