I do post a lot of my designs, that I sell from my shop(s).
My illustrated items is a way to have my artwork offered to people, who enjoy it. It is more often that not avaliable as wall-art, but sometimes, people want the drawings and paintings as decoration on t-shirts, mugs etc. And I want to offer that possibility. Hopefully you also find something you fancy :)

Poodle thumbnail sketch

This is my thumbnail sketch for a new painting... I recently started my poodle-blog - in case you didn't see it - so I will be working on some drawings/paintings of poodles next.

I plan to paint this in either watercolors or acrylics on paper. I took some photos of our terrace, and the poodles are photographed at a dogshow.

By the way, I am happy to find out, that a dogshow will be held near my town in august - I could need more pictures of dogs :)

Dette er min skitse til et nyt maleri ... Jeg har netop startet  poodle-blog - hvis du ikke skulle have set det - så jeg vil arbejde med flere tegninger/malerier af pudler.

Jeg planlægger at male dette i enten akvarel eller akryl på papir. Jeg har taget fotos af vores terrasse, og pudlerne er fotograferet ved hundeudstillinger.

Jeg er iøvrigt glad for at finde ud af, at der i august afholdes hundeudstilling nær min by - jeg kan sagtens bruge flere fotos af hunde :)

My latest is this illustration of a young girl with sunglasses. I wanted the illustration to have an atmosphere of youth and attitude.

Painted with grey and yellow watercolors + ink.

Summergirl - wip

Its been a while since I posted a wip (work-in-progress) so I just put together some of the few shots I got from the process of drawing and painting "Summergirl".
I started with a pencildrawing. Using a grid I placed the facial features, but altered them as I did not want an excact likeness - quite the opposite  I then drew some fanciful hair with the flowers in them. Then I placed the graphite drawing on my light-table, and with an inkpen transferred to my watercolor paper (Fabriano, 300 gram, by the way). Then the coloring with watercolors began. And the final drawing/painting was with a white background. I painted a background on a seperate paper, so that I can more easily use the image with or without background for various designs.

Summergirl - ink and watercolors
