WINN a dogcalender


I want to announce a competition. You can now win a 2012 dogcalender. It is a wallcalender, size A4, with my drawings and paintings - all in black and white print.

To participate, you must take 2-3 small steps. Step 1-2 must be followed, and step 3 are voluntarily.

1) Go to my Facebook fanpage Lene Daugaard Artworks. Choose the Like (thumbs up) for the page.

2) Also look into Pictures ("Billeder") and choose the album Kalenderkonkurrence (=calendercompetition). Here you must write your full name under my presentation. When the winner is announced I'll contact via the album to get the adress. In the album, you can see the drawings/paintings included in the calender :)


With this done you have 1 ticket in the competition. If you want to enhance your chances and get 2 tickets, you must remember follow step 3 too:

I am not that active here at the moment, but I draw and paint all the sparetime I can get! I am working on exercises from my London Art College course. Here a cats eye in pastels.

London art college competition - finalists

I am very thrilled to find out, that my Koala is a finalist in the London Art college Student of the Year competition.

I have recently attended the Pet portrait diploma course. Eager always to increese my skills and knowledge, I think this will be a great course.

The secret ingrediens - book



Today I recieved the cook-book, that I have mentioned in this list: published.

The book "The secret ingredient" is made by idea of Dot Tadman who did a great job. It is a charity cookbook to raise funds for the UK organisation Frinds of Anchor.
Beside the delicate recipes are artwork by multiple artists included.

My contribution is the cp-painting of a highland cow as shown above. You can see on the back of the book, that I am in very fine company.

I hope and believe the book will raise lots of funds for the good cause.
